We need someone who is confident in the B2B environment and who can effectively identify opportunities and demonstrate skill in qualifying the prospect to a stage of maturity ready for close.
The successful applicant will achieve sales quota through the acquisition of new business by selling targeted online solutions. You will be responsible for the complete management of the sales cycle, leveraging the company’s formidable marketing infrastructure and managerial support. Using solution selling techniques and top notch farming abilities you will drive sales deep into the market by managing all stages of the sales process including lead qualification, business analysis, ROI creation, application demos and closing. This role encompasses both new business development with a relationship focus. You must be accustomed to cold calling and will be responsible for firstly generating new leads and then forging lasting, ongoing relationships with clients.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years B2B sales experience. Furthermore, candidates from other advertising mediums including advertising agencies and online marketing will be highly considered. As mentioned earlier, this role is relationship focused; therefore your ability to build and maintain relationships on an ongoing basis is imperative. You must be extremely well polished, be able to communicate at board level and understand the motivating drivers behind decision making processes. From a personality perspective, you will possess entrepreneurial flair, be autonomous, passionate and affiliate with the “work hard, play hard” mentality.
Remuneration for this role is negotiable; however initial indications pitch this role between $50k-$70k + 9% superannuation + between $50k-$70k commissions. Opportunities like this are extremely rare and will be filled quickly.
